What problem would you like to solve?

Immigrants' status

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

As immigrants arrive to a new country and they want to work and to be able to solve their basic needs to enroll in community. These persons desire to not be a burden to the society and have the skill set to take care of themselves once supported.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

To provide jobs, education, documentation in order to get jobs so that they can afford a place to live and sustain themselves.

If the community strengthen case workers to assist in this process and provide them with the information and resources needed to get their status addressed legally and professionally.

Who would that help?

This will help in diversifying the entire society

What neighborhood would benefit from your idea?

Queensbridge
