What problem would you like to solve?

Language barriers that leads to a lack of English proficiency

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

We want people to have a good Education to understand their work. Parents who don't speak English are sometimes unable to help their kids.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Finding more diverse language teachers and workers in the areas with large non English speakers.

Who would that help?

Immigrants and their children

What neighborhood would benefit from your idea?

Richmond Hill
