What problem would you like to solve?

Offer people jobs with their degree level, not requiring years of experience.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Too many are not hired because they don't have outside experience from school. School has given them the opportunity to study their field. Allow them space to learn the applied skill from school.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Create a job fair for entry level candidates and encourage enployers to hire based on their qualifications.

Those fresh out of college, hose job hunting, the umeployed, or those looking to change careers.
