More Parks department programming for youth

Not enough youth programs in schools (after school or on weekends) because of staff and budget constraints.

Children need outlets after school, during school breaks and on weekends to meaningfully participate in group activites.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Provide more funding to the Parks Department to run free youth programs in poorer neighborhoods where families can't easily pay for these activities.
