Because language barriers make them difficult to communicate in many ways, in senior centers, grocery, hospitals, and dealing with applications and forms

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Have a Chinese-speaking teacher to teach them basic English

All Chinese American Older Adults whose English proficiency is low
