An employed community is a cost saver for the city in that it doesn't need to spend as much on assistance and it creates a tax base

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Use the money to lobby and/or bring awareness that SI is the only borough with the capacity to develop a major green energy job training sector and potentially manufacturing plant

Who would that help?

the community, the city as it works towards expanding the use of clean energy and becoming carbon neutral and the environment
