Women are not getting the same pay as men do, doing the same work and it's not fair.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

It's important to solve because a woman and man should receive the same salary for the same jobs. Women are getting less pay because it has been normalized by society.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Fund a program that informs management and business owners about equal payments and make sure women's voices are heard and engage everyone in fair pay conversations.
