More recreation programs available to children regardless of their parents' income to help improve education and socialization in every neighborhood.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

This is important because childcare is expensive. The number of crimes committed by children is rising, and kids are underperforming academically. They need a safe place to grow outside of the classroom.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

City and/or federally funded recreation centers with sponsored programs to address the issues facing youth.

Youth and families.
