There are too many people (homeless or not) who have serious mental health problems and attack people in the subways or on the street.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Many physical attacks are on uninvolved passersby.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Keep seriously mentally ill people in the hospital or require rebgular attendance in therapy groups.
