I would like to solve the issue of major public safety and fear

It is important because everyone deserves to feel safe in the place that they live in

What idea do you have to address the problem?

An idea I have is to implement more safety programs and mental health programs. Staten Island has many car accidents leading to less safety also many shootings and bomb threats leading to mental health program necessity
