People hanging around the malls at Einstein Loop and Dreiser Loop

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

It is important because the young people need structure so that tour community will be safer.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Get the young men to be respectable to one another and keep the noise down. Support programming in the community that will engage the youth.

Who would that help?

The whole community and seniors.
