What problem would you like to solve?

This is an aging in place community, many disabled. yet there is no disabled access to the library terrace for the disabled.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

we have many seniors and disabled who cannot navigate the steps to the library terrace because they are in wheel chairs.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

use the peoples money to build a ramp up to the front of the terrace relieving the library and river bay property owners of the expense.

Who would that help?

the seniors and disabled of our community who would like to read, eat, and converse in the fresh air.
