What problem would you like to solve?

I would like to increase the experience or education of high school students; so when they are prepared, regardless if they graduate or drop out, they are capable and can qualify to get a job.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Most young adults don't have the opportunity to work during high school or get experience before they graduate.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Connect with employers and different organizations/companies to crate either a paid/unpaid/intern experience for high school students

Who would that help?

All high school students, especially low income or underprivileged neighborhoods
