What problem would you like to solve?

The problem I would like to solve is the crime that is too high in the Bronx. The overall public safety is an issue and needs to be addressed.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

This is important because we should not live our lives with fear when walking the streets. Many people in the community fear their safety when walking in the streets and feel as though they take a risk just by walking down the street to the store.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

The idea I have to address this is that we need more police and/or more security in the area. It is very important that we create a program where members of the community are allowed to register to be something similar to the neighborhood watch and help keep their communities safe.
