Bicycles with and without motors on sidewalks, going against traffic, going through stop lights.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

I have been hit by bicycles with and without motors going on sidewalks and going against traffic.

It is important to have safety while walking on sidewalks and crossing streets in the city.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

We need to have all bicycles and motorbikes licensed so there is recourse if an injury happens. The City should form a taskforce to investigate and propose ways to require licenses for bicycles and enforcement measures.
