Overdose episodes are the 2nd highest in NYC- Bronx unemployment is difficult to stop due to legal conflict and addiction to drugs leading to incarceration.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Train community members to become a C.A.R.C ( Certified Addiction Recovery Coach) and hire people to help prevent overdose episodes
