Most of the youth in Far Rockaway do not have someone to confide in and talk to. They lack peer connections and monitorship.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Peer support groups for youth would give them a chance to talk about problems and solve them.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Fund a program that would be easy to access at the Beach 41st Street NYCHA community center so the youth can access peer sessions and group conversation. Bring in police officers and elected officials.
