Young teen on the street don't wants to go to school, going around robbing people.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

They cannot support themselves like this, and not good for public safety.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Kids need prayers in school so that they know god and thing will be better understanding of what education is and how important it is.
