What idea do you have to address the problem?

I often see kids and their parents watching the subway trains from the bridge at Lincoln Road between Flatbush and Ocean. What if there were a couple of those sightseeing binoculars (technically called a tower viewer)? They would be locked to only go up and down to prevent any misuse. In the past DOT has sponsored art and other creative projects at this bridge so this would complement their previous efforts.
