Targeted Agency: New York City Transit. Project Name: Constituent - CD 40: CM Rita Joseph to create Massive Mural at the Parkside Subway Stop. Description: Constituent - CD 40: “Part of what I’d like for Participatory Budgeting is a Massive Mural at the Parkside Subway Stop on back of these residential buildings depicting an image, the visual one would see of Prospect Park as if the buildings weren’t there. So if one is standing on the Platform, they would be looking at a scenescape mural of the park. ‘Welcome To 40th Council District Home Of Council Member Rita Joseph.
Need: Subway Improvement.
