What idea do you have to address the problem?

Covered public garbage cans, with at least one at every intersection, on Bedford Avenue from Linden Blvd to Empire Blvd (14 intersections). Keep the neighborhood cleaner. There are trash cans on Flatbush and trash cans on Rogers Ave but nothing in between. With at least one trash can at every intersection on Bedford Ave, people will be more likely to throw their trash in a container rather than on the street.
