What idea do you have to address the problem?

Cameras are great, and we should probably install more, but we also need the streets to actually have a police presence to show that somebody is actually paying attention. Cameras are already all over the place, but we can't cover every corner, so major convenience stores still seem to be shut down left and right due to shoplifting. Maybe an increase in Police will change behavior that cameras don't
