What idea do you have to address the problem?

Better access to menstrual products such as pads and tampons during times of need, for both public health reasons and sanitation reasons. Menstrual products are some of the most needed items at homeless shelters and food banks yet they are rarely donated. Menstrual products are also not covered by SNAP or WIC. NY Public Libraries are free and open to everyone, making this a natural access point for community members.
