Youth access to fair wages and treatment in job setting s for 14- 18 year olds.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

It is important for youth to have access to workplaces that treat them fairly and are flexible and adapt to school schedules. This is important to build grit and begin an early goof work ethic. Youth can also be able to be able to assist in offset a few costs like clothing and snacks.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Create a vetted employment site resource hub that is geared towards youth employment.
