What problem would you like to solve?

Nowadays, people are going into the work force with not enough relevant experience or working in jobs they are not comfortable or happy doing.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

The youths are always asked what they want to do in life, but have never had an opportunity to see what their options really entail. More experience working under different professionals or at least shadowing, would allow young adults to make more informed decisions in life.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

A program that would provide mentors for students and they would be allowed to shadow professionals and discern their career.
