What problem would you like to solve?

Gyms are expensive and East Harlem needs to work more on preventive care for our residents.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

People need to stay healthy and active, by having outdoor free accessible gyms in parks, we can promote this. It will also stimulate community engagement among to seniors, especially those of color, which historically have poor health due to lack of exercise, food and medicine.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

To make an accessible gym area in the Public Housing Parks
