Marijuana problem is spreading even to children and there has to be an end to it because it's affecting their mental and physical health. Marijuana is known to reduce and slow mental growth as well as depressing emotions in the physical body not to mention that it affects the respiratory system. The police are not doing their job at controlling marijuana dealers and sellers.
