Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

It is important because dirty street brings rats and smelly sidewalks. Also it is an eye sore for the community.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Garbage should be in tin cans, and not in plastic bags. Garbage should be put out late so it is not sitting on the street all day. Also fines should be given out to people who litter.

Who would that help?

Community members, store owners, and anyone that puts out the trash.
