What problem would you like to solve?

Homelessness

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Many community members are homeless and living in shelters or on the streets of NY. By providing housing and job opportunity for the homeless it will also increase the unemployment rate.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Provide permanent housing for clients that been in the system more than a year. Provide job training for those who can work, and provide on site employment opportunity.

Who would that help?

Social Services agencies, local officials community leaders.

What neighborhood would benefit from your idea?

Bronx
