Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

[its important to have good access to transportation because people might need to be at places on time and its really inconvenient for the bus or train to be 30-40 mins late. On-top of it being late we have rodents which are everywhere and they could be dangerous and spread disease.]
