What problem would you like to solve?

I would like that in schools there are more language speakers who truly want to help.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

This is important to solve because I have seen kids struggle learning and understanding the English language and teachers and staff have not helped and ignored them.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

We should have a service that grades teachers who teach English, maybe through surveys of students, so that we can see which teachers are actually performing and helping students and which ones are just collecting a paycheck. This service can be run from a non-profit, or through parent volunteers.

Who would that help?

Students who do not know english and are trying to learn.
