What problem would you like to solve?

Many New Yorkers are not educated in how to navigate city agencies for services, programs and repairs.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Residents can be more informed on matters affecting the, and will be knowledgeable on how to navigate the process and get things done. When they see and can show their neighbors results it builds more trust in systems

What idea do you have to address the problem?

We need workshops and toolkits that show residents how to apply get street bumps and cameras and tree pruning done etc. We need to show them how to access leak reporting and other ways to get problems addressed especially when most agencies require you to go online.
