Why is important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

The cost of prescriptions are more than most of us can afford. We need to bring down the cost or prescriptions to help those with low income or are dependent on their check once a month for disability and/or social security. Some people choose not to take their medications because they cannot afford it.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

we need advocates to speak on our behalf and we need more monitoring for these big pharmaceutical companies. There should be a scale for all medications depending on income and insurance

Who would that help?

everyone who needs to pay for their prescriptions.
