What problem would you like to solve?

Public Safety

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

This is important to solve because we don't want people getting harmed in public spaces. Schools, parks, MTA, Stores and outside homes/apt complexes

What idea do you have to address the problem?

An Idea I have is that there should be more security cameras in the general public around the community. There should be a group of people who are responsible for taking care of community public safety apart from the NYPD.

Who would that help?

This would help the community by making the street safer for the youth to walk home and make it better for community residents as a whole. It would allow the community to be able to have community events without the fear of violence happening in the streets during the event.
