What problem would you like to solve?

I would like to solve the problem of unemployment among many groups such as young teens, college students and homeless people.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Poverty is a crippling problem in low income communities and giving many a start in jobs/internships is the first start to repair.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

I believe that a job guild and database that organizes job resources and introduces us to employers targeting the needs and interests of young teens and college students that looks around the world for opportunities to train us and build economic activity would make the difference in our community.

Who would that help?

This would help all people but especially teens looking to start in the work force and college students learning to get into a career.
