Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

There still continuesa to be an increase number of Black/ Brown people dying sooner and not enjoying primary care services to prevent diseases we continue to die from.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Increase screenings and connecting with primary care events simultaneously to access care.
