Youth not having a safe place to hang out.

It would provide them with something to do routinely; a safe space.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Recruiting them with incentives and taking them on trips out of the neighborhood help prepare them for adulthood with education and job training.

Who would that help?

The teenagers and young adults.
