Lack of job trainings

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

It is important to solve because there are a lot of youth on the streets that are not working that could benefit from additional job training and vocational training.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Have training programs more accessible to youths and young adults. We have community centers where these trainings can happen, lets partner with schools to provide services and trainings. Have unions volunteer to teach trades.
