Revamp affordable housing to really be affordable. City workers are unable to live in the city that they keep running. Remove the credit score from housing applications. I have seen people in shelters for years because they have had issues with credit but if given the opportunity to rent again they would not put themselves in that position again. Once again I suggest assisted living dwellings or tiny home villages. Shelters are not the answer but permanent living spaces are.

Agreed New York City Need to establish a housing task force that will protect New Yorkers and create a low income housing for all. They also need to work with these real estate developers and lower the AMI and assign housing specialists for the homeless to assist them in navigating the system.
It is an excellent website. Your essay was enjoyable to read retro bowl. This is a fantastic document for me. I've marked this and will be coming to read new posts.
