Bicycle pathway/shoreline dunes parallel to the Riegelmann Boardwalk in Coney Island/Brighton Beach
We would like to build a Bicycle Pathway parallel to the Riegelmann Boardwalk in Coney Island and Brighton Beach. We know that bicycists love to come to the boardwalk but there are restiction when they can ride and often they come during the prohibited times in the summer (bike riding: 5AM - 10AM, no bike riding after 10AM). We would like to create an elevated bike pathway parallel to the boardwalk at the same time protect the shoreline from future storms.
