Traffic Violations Bureau Plea Bargaining
Please look into and coordinate with NYS and the DMV to research TVB going to a plea bargaining system. Elsewhere throughout NYS has some form of plea bargaining in place. This will help all parties involved, (The City, the Public, and the Police Department). Surrounding Counties have already been doing this with great success. This would also produce more tickets being issued by the Police since Officers are reluctant to issue tickets because of attending TVB.

The most common type of moving violation is speeding, and because a New York motorist can get anywhere from 3 to 11 points for committing a moving violation, depending on the MPH over the posted limit, it is important to know how to fight such a ticket. It is important to keep in mind that the New York DMV can suspend a motorist who accumulates 11+ points within an 18-month period. jcpenneykiosk
It is also important to know that an insurance company has the right to raise your insurance rates for just one 16+ mph speeding ticket conviction (or any two moving violation convictions within 36 months). Any insurance hike would last for 36 months.
I agree with the most common type of moving violation. But also how is NYC one of two counties that require police officers to attend traffic violations court? All the other counties throughout NYC allow for plea bargaining and affidavit but somehow NYC cannot figure that out? It would save NYC money and resources for the police department, as well as generate more money for the city because motorists would rather pay a higher fine like in other counties throughout the state.
Thank you very much for sharing such a useful article. Will definitely saved and revisit your site ( percetakan jakarta timur & percetakan rawamangun )
If you are interested in advocating for changes to the TVB (Traffic Violations Bureau) system in New York State and coordinating with the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) or other relevant authorities, I recommend reaching out to local government representatives, policymakers, or advocacy groups that are focused on traffic safety and policy reform.
You can express your concerns, share your ideas for a plea bargaining system, and provide evidence of its success in other areas. Engaging with the relevant stakeholders and presenting a well-researched case can help in raising awareness and promoting potential changes to improve the system. https://www.myjdfaccount.net/
