A plan is needed to safeguard sensitive and private information from random phone callers. A better mapping of what information on record is public and need be made private information that could be sensitive to hackers who are more savvy these days in stealing private information. A plan must be put in place to screen callers based on the information asked and what the agency is able to provide based off a name.
