Improve and Require 311 Follow-up Comments
Too many City Agencies like the NYPD post inaccurate or misleading comments on 311 complaints. For example, a complaint about double parking or blocking a driveway of a residential home generates a NYPD response of the offending vehicle is no longer there. The offending vehicle is still there and creates a frustrating experience for the customer. This discourages future use of the 311 system because it is viewed as ineffective. Use DOB's website on complaints as a model.
