Hospitals For The Unhoused
Unhoused people tend to avoid homeless shelters for a variety of reasons - they're unsafe, unclean and associated with an undignified stigma. On the other hand, unhoused people frequently check into hospitals voluntarily without hesitation. So, why not build a hospital (or clinics) that is catered primarily to the unhoused community? It would be safe, clean, they'll have a place to sleep, a meal and medical care. It would be the first "shelter" that people actually want to check into.
