The Mayor should establish an initiative to assume NYC's rightful place at the forefront of leveraging technology to modernize workforce management. This initiative should produce a broad range of policies & practices leading to a healthier, more productive workforce, while enhancing emergency continuity of operations, reducing traffic congestion & climate impacts, improving energy efficiency, all while providing the City with expanded options for meeting fiscal challenges.

GREAT idea Jorge -- this is common sense when you look at important pieces like attrition and continuity-of-operations. We want to follow the Mayor as he leads us through an exciting period of innovation, and I can't think of a better way.
