#nycspeaks2022 Share your ideas for bold actions the Mayor should take
For nearly 2 years, the city operated efficiently with employees working from home. The Mayor ran on a platform of bringing that back to us. Our time commuting is wasted daily. We have proven that we can be an efficient workforce with a WFH or a hybrid option.
We have had to take days to take care of our children or family members. We haven't been given acceptable remote accommodations when we are physically unable to come to work but are capable of working at home.
