Job readiness and part time jobs for our young adults without losing their social security

What is the solution to the challenge?

Job sharing where our kids can pick and choose their days of the week they can work for 4 hours and share the other hours with others. There should be a job site (temp job site) that can be inclusive of all those that have disabilities that need that little extra support at the job.
