Describe the challenge you want to address:

People who are living in low income housing and cannot travel due to anxiety need jobs in the community that they reside in.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Create a program to support people as they address their mental health challenges with job training. Make the program available to people who are not in shelter or unhoused but require job training to secure a job. This will include the community members who do not fit into the existing demographics that the programs exist for.
