Young adults (17 - 30) are on the streets. There is rampant violence on the streets due to how young people are getting their money. People don't have high school or college degrees. People have no skills they can turn into income.
Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:
Job training program for young adults that reinforces young adults. The program would support free job trainings in the trades that provide high incomes like in construction' logistics, home improvement, and mechanics. Students would learn how to get city contracts. At the end of each cohort there would be a job fair.
