Describe the challenge you want to address:
Lack of Funds, no money personally, community neighborhood is dirty, no one taking the initiative
Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:
An event once or twice a year in a central area where there's music, activities, tabling with trade skills. (ex: hair braiding, sewing, hair cutting, etc), dance battles, short basketball game, volleyball. A big all day event. This brings the community together everybody knows, each other, everybody gains a skill / expose to a skill or hobby they can expand on.
